Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a membership, booking a coaching session, or using any services offered by GM Ivan Schitco ("we," "us," or "our") through gmivanschitco.com or the Grandmaster Protocol community on Skool.
By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We offer the following products and services, all delivered entirely online:
The Grandmaster Protocol membership is billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days notice to existing members.
All payments for our services are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
Digital Membership (Grandmaster Protocol): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase by contacting Paddle's support team at paddle.net. After the 14 calendar day refund window, no refunds will be issued. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Private Coaching Sessions: Private coaching is a human-driven, live service delivered by GM Ivan Schitco via Google Meet. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Refund requests for coaching sessions should be directed to paddle.net or info@gmivanschitco.com.
For all refund inquiries, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.net or reach us at info@gmivanschitco.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Chess improvement depends on many individual factors including dedication, practice time, natural aptitude, and consistent application of training. While we provide a structured system and expert guidance, we do not guarantee specific rating gains or title achievements within any particular timeframe. Testimonials and examples of student results are illustrative and not a promise of equivalent outcomes.
All course content, videos, materials, and resources within the Grandmaster Protocol community are the intellectual property of GM Ivan Schitco. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content from our platform without explicit written permission. Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to the content for the duration of your subscription.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community without refund for violation of these standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GM Ivan Schitco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by applicable international commerce law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any formal proceedings are pursued.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of significant changes by email where possible.
